Michelle Szeto Piras’ career in the entertainment industry began in her hometown of Hong Kong, where she worked in concert production for international superstars such as Oasis, Celine Dion, Boyz II Men, Sean Lennon, and Prodigy.

Over a 17-year tenure at Paquin Entertainment Group, Michelle gained extensive experience across publicity, tour marketing, and artist management, honing her skills in strategic planning, fan engagement, and international touring. She has since built a reputation for developing innovative campaigns that balance artistic vision with commercial success.

Michelle has managed the careers of award-winning and platinum-selling artists, spearheaded the release and promotion of numerous albums, and directed global initiatives that have sold hundreds of thousands of tickets worldwide. Her desire to foster meaningful connections between artists and their audiences continues to be a driving force in her commitment to developing talent.

In addition to her work in the music industry, Michelle offers mindfulness-forward coaching for individuals and teams, particularly those in creative industries.
